Penny J. Jones
Executive Director for Community Relations
Penny Jones is the Executive Director of Community Relations for Florida Hospital one of America’s largest hospitals. With more than 2,200 beds, the seven-hospital system admits more patients annually than any other hospital in the U.S. and is the largest provider of Medicare services. In her role, Jones works to strengthen community outreach and relationships. She has been with Florida Hospital since 1996. Formerly, she served as a Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Clinical Research Associate at Loma Linda University Medical Center.
Jones graduated from Loma Linda University with a bachelor’s degree in Management. She is a licensed foster parent. Jones is active in her community, focusing on her passion for children’s issues and faith-based leadership by serving on the boards of Community Based Care of Central Florida, Community Coordinated Care for Children (4C), Lifework Leadership, Central Florida Christian Chamber and now the Central Florida Disability Chamber of Commerce.
